This workshop equips musicians with practical mental fitness skills to recognize and manage their inner voice, regulate emotions under pressure, and stay present during practice, rehearsal, and performance. Participants learn how to reset in real time, recover quickly from mistakes, and build confidence through deliberate, repeatable strategies so they can perform with greater clarity, consistency, and resilience.
